The following homes have been built by the Headwaters Housing Development Corporation.  A few of the homes were built by the Beltrami County HRA and the Department of Corrections and managed by the HHDC.

All homes will be sold to income-eligible buyers only.

In addition to the following communities, the HHDC is open to building in any community within our five county region, provided there is a need.  We have developed excellent partners in communities throughout our region that have allowed us to expand into smaller community markets.  For example, in prior years we have constructed homes in Akeley and Mahnomen.  We are currently looking to expand into the Baudette area, as well.  If you are interested in owning a home in a community where we currently do not have any available homes, please contact Aaron Chirpich or Mary Thompson at the HHDC to discuss possible options.
